In Portugal, Santa's name is "Pai Natal", which can be literally translated as "Father Christmas"

Fun Fact: in Brazil, Santa's name is a mix of Portuguese and French: "Papai Noel"
"Papai" comes from Portuguese, and it means "Father" (it's the equivalent of when kids say "daddy" in English)

Today I met one of my students. He is French, born in Guadeloupe, and is in Rio de Janeiro right now. He'll be here up to next week, so we had to make this meeting happen!!
Sadly, we didn't take any pictures. But it was amazing to meet someone I only knew online. Always glad to meet my students 😄🇧🇷
I think it's very good that I am connecting with language teachers around the globe. Only Bluesky could give me that opportunity!!

As pessoas não têm NOÇÃO de tudo que há por trás de uma aula, desde o planejamento até a avaliação
