Tomorrow, February 28, let’s disrupt the status quo by spending ONLY at businesses that uplift our communities.
That means:
🚫 No gas from corporate giants
🚫 No fast food chains
🚫 No big-box retailers (Target, Walmart, Amazon, etc.)

This is my favorite shawl! Highly recommend it.
Thank you! After commenting on your post the other day, I had to go look to see how many Isabella Kraemer knits I’ve made. The count was 7! I’m a slow knitter, so I think that 7 makes me a super fan! 🤩
Photo show the torso of a woman wearing a patterned shawl knit from deep blue and grey yarn. Beneath the shawl you can glimpse a grey lacy weight sweater.
Today’s (19th) prompt for #fiberuary2025 is Wear it Wednesday! Today for me is a two-fer, a Rununculus sweater hidden by Isabell Kraemer’s plein soleil wrap.

Beautiful! I’m not a quilter myself, I just hang out with some. I know that was a lot of hard work, and it came out lovely.
Thank you! Happy knitting!
The photo shows the torso of a woman, showcasing a knitted cardigan made from variegated dusty purple to light yellow yarn. The sunlight makes the buttons shine and brings out the mock cable on either side.
A really abysmal photo of a knitted purple cardigan hanging on a door. The photo is bad, but the cardigan looks squishy and cozy.
I’ve made that cardigan twice, one with no ease and one oversized (probably too over sized, but it’s cozy!). I really like Isabell Kraemer’s designs.
Close up of the hem and lower body of a sweater, still on the needles. The hem is a rich, dark purple, and the body is in a dusty blue and variegated yarn that moves from bright teal to a striking deep orange.
Current WIP, a Framed Sweater by #dreareneeknits, first time using @spincycle-yarns.bsky.social yarns! They have been a pleasure to work with.
