Turns out this is just part of the language learning process 💖 now I have full thoughts in Mi’kmaq and choose Mi’kmaq words specifically because they’re the better one

I had a dream I was doing revisions on my new poetry collection (out next year). The pages were scattered in a field & people walked up to me with critiques. Then I did a reading that included found poetry from slogans on t-shirts that I held up. Crowd was supportive but confused (so was I).
I’d say don’t listen to them about anything but a scant few of them genuinely care about good causes

I had to deal with AI generated content about Indigenous knowledge in my day job today and it made me feel sick to my stomach, the epistemic and ecological violence of AI fills me with so much despair
I wonder about the role of AI in suicidality - like I know that it has goaded people into the act, but I wonder about the stats on anti-AI people who experience ideation from the mass acceptance and use and impacts of it
