Something like this happened to my former next-door neighbor. U.S. Marshalls came and broke in, looking for a fugitive that had the same name. My neighbor was a public transit cop - he wasn’t home during the raid. They found his badge and service weapon. They were mortified.

Our big marketing push, this year, is hype up Cleveland as an outdoor recreation destination - to emphasize Lake Erie, Cuyahoga Valley National Park, and Cleveland Metroparks and all the ways residents and visitors can connect with nature and enjoy themselves outside.
My job at Destination Cleveland is in Visitor Services, helping folks research and navigate their trips to our wonderful city. But, because our efforts to promote Cleveland are so far-flung and multifaceted, I’m taking advantage of additional opportunities to use my talents.
