Verdict? Delicious!

For those unfamiliar, these #hotcrossbuns are eaten around Easter - best toasted with a dollop of butter. I make mine with spiced brioche dough (cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, ginger, allspice, cloves, black pepper) and fruit: raisins, currants, blueberries, cherries & cranberries.
