Asparagus with pepper/ramp sauce! Blitzed together fresno chili, roasted bell pepper, fresh thyme, evoo, butter and salt. Then chopped six ramp leaves and mixed in.

I like to braise octopus before grilling. Add 1/2 cup each of evoo and red wine vinegar to water, and 1 head garlic+bunch of thyme. Dip octopus in boiling water for 10 seconds and remove for 1 minute. Repeat 5 times then leave in water at low simmer for 30 minutes

At this point I have a hard time feeling any difference between >30 year old AF cameras! Focus and recompose is pretty much the only way to work with any AF from the 80’s and it works fine for that

Flatbreads

Grilled flatbread! Made with:
300g bread flour
150g AP flour
25g wheat flour
25g chickpea flour
5g salt
10g yeast
325g H2O
50g yogurt

Let rise overnight or at least a couple hours. Form balls to size, flatten, grill!
