One bill they highlighted will provide a *limited* number of grants to states *if* the state agrees create state-level paid leave programs - with a private insurance partner. Key words: "limited," "if," and "private insurance."

The Fair Housing Center of Central Indiana finds the behavior of landlords has played a major part in high eviction filing rates in Marion County. Areas with high eviction rates also have high rates of "mega-investors" and large corporations ownership of single-family rentals.
