It’s good for me. I get paid in AUD and convert to NZD. My salary has gone up a lot in recent months because of this. I’m glad I don’t have any trips booked to Aussie for a while though 😬

In today’s “Getting old is not for the weak”, I pulled my bicep while straightening my arm.

Petitions are addressed to the House of Representatives and ask that the House do something about a policy or law, or put right a local or private concern.

A system that consistently protects perpetrators and undermines survivors is a biased, corrupt system.
How many headlines do we see where a judge is protecting a perpetrator’s good name, their career? How many actions are framed as a judgement error?
Help change an unacceptable status quo👇

Wife is a teacher, and husband works for a nonprofit. So either the husband has plenty of time on his hands, or they have no life outside of work, and the kids are used for labour.

ESET might be worth looking at. I know it’s used at my husband’s workplace, but they don’t use Macs there, so I can’t comment on that side of it.

Exactly! One of my friends nearly died from myocarditis in his mid-20s. Spent a Xmas in hospital fighting for his life. There are too many idiots in this world.

Going through our budget, and cancelling discretionary spending. We’re getting ahead of anticipated problems with my husband’s job, where nearly all projects have been put on hold by clients, due to the current economic outlook. If things don’t improve very soon, redundancies are inevitable 😕

Yeah, we’re on the Opua feed, which is notorious for losing power in bad weather. During Gabrielle we stood outside in two inches of water to cook on the BBQ, trying to shield it from the wind. Glad to have a camping stove now!

Oh noooo! I’ve gone the chips and dip, crackers and fruit route, along with things easily fried on the gas camping stove. Might bake some bread tomorrow. The supermarket didn’t have any when I went today. Tomorrow morning’s job is to repair the dog kennel that one of my dogs chewed, 🙄
