Didn't think I could love you any more, and here you are proving me wrong. Bravo!

This is Finny. He doesnβt go chasing waterfalls. He carefully studies their timing and arrives in advance. 14/10 very impressive (TT: jordancain70)
Now you know this is the way great divides start....

Revisited an old recipe:
- Your fave ravioli
- Chicken
- Pumpkin
- Creme fraiche and wholegrain mustard sauce
- Black pepper
- Parmesan cheese
Cook first three separately. Toss with the sauce. Add parmesan and black pepper.
I also added leftover pulled pork.

I'm not religious, but I believe in the holy trinity.
Surat Bay, Catlins, New Zealand.
NZ.
The Surat was a three-masted ship which hit a rock (causing hull damage) and was then deliberately beached on New Year's Day in 1874. Fortunately, all 271 passengers and 37 crew made it to safety.

A sea lion looks up from its resting place on the beach. In front of it, another sea lion lies partially covered in beach sand.

Well, it just so happens I took a road trip last month.... Haven't gotten 'round to loading any of the photos yet.
Recently played Sorry for the first time maybe since I was a kid. Lots of fun - and a bit vicious!
Cracked up at a video Sam Neill posted at his vineyard today - in the middle of summer! I think Christchurch has only topped 20C 3 or 4 days all year. Fingers crossed for a lovely Feb/March, though.
Reason 3950 that boys need mamas.
Glad it worked out.
How I arrived on Bluesky.
Y'all give this some likes, because reading these lyrics like this, one after another after another - man, you'd think this Springsteen fella can *write*, wouldn't you?
Bruce, come back to New Zealand!
Thanks. It's an odd one when you've lived so far away for so long, but it's been nice recalling over the last 24 hours or so all the memories, too. Some had gotten quite dusty.
Lots of silly little things which mean nothing on their own but add up to something bigger, somehow.
A life, I guess.
Said goodbye today to probably my fave childhood uncle. 40y in a wheelchair after a tornado slammed him into a van and broke his back, his body has finally given up.
Had to say goodbye via video call, 14000km away. Grateful my sister called in time, though.

Now I am wanting to photograph NZ playgrounds, too. π We have some beauties.
It's five o'clock somewhere.
I grew up watching Elvis movies, mostly with my mother, so I am sure I had come across this at some point. Didn't remember it, though....
A couple hours ago I woke from a wee nap and saw it was 230pm and thought that couldn't be right.... It was.
More hallways!
Ah, I never do that so didn't think of it. I was sweating. Wordle 1,310 6/6

I was same but only managed it on 6th try.
I got lucky. It was easier to get in then, but I also met a Kiwi and fell in love and later got engaged. I was able to come in with a visa as long as we were married 6m after I arrived. Became a permanent resident a couple years later. But I work with many people who came on in a work visa.
So nobody told me about Peter Krause. Okay. We can still be friends. Maybe.
I know, I know. He's been around 'forever' - but I have never watched one of his series. (I know. I know. Head hung.)
But OMG *this era* Peter Krause? Captain Nash is *starting* fires.
Also, 9-1-1 is so damn good. #binge
Start here: www.immigration.govt.nz Be wary of sites offering any kind of guaranteed entry. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. It's not impossible to get in; I work with people from around the world. I, myself, moved here in 2002.
This is brilliant. Will you be selling prints of any of the 'first pages' of the comics as you show on the site? I'd like to frame those and the book cover for a collection of art on a wall without destroying a book, too.
