I had a look at whether there were any other golden arches in America, and guess what there are thousands of them
Not that further proof was needed, this alone is enough to cancel the official Royal visit.
I'm no royalist but putting the King in the impossible position of representing the UK to this monster will go down in history as utterly shameful.

All the emails going in to #COYS, reminds me of my grandfather who in the 1960's wrote to the Chairman of West Ham expressing his displeasure at the results of then manager, Ron Greenwood. His ST had probably gone up by a £1!
He got a polite, handwritten reply from the Chairman, but nothing changed!
We've got 5 courses coming up. All bookings on Eventbrite - only a few tickets left.

Clean information and clean elections are as important as clean water. But are the regulators up to the job? The way GB News has quietly been allowed to become Reform TV should alarm us all app.prospectmagazine.co.uk/story/72784/...

That move in the 1st half between Gray, Simons and Tel was the best football we've seen all season. It deserved a goal. #COYS
I'm very sad to hear about the outbreak of #meningitis in Kent. It's a sad irony that it happens today, my birthday, when it is just over 30 years ago that I survived this illness on what should have been my wedding day
Best performance for a long time #coys
Btw should have been a penalty. Way more contact than VDV last week
Yes
I don't usually overreact, but on this occasion I don't see how Tudor can be in charge tomorrow, let alone Sunday.
Also I don't think Lange should be there either.
I hope we play well in the second half but enough.

There's no need to patronise me. I do not have a party political allegiance. I do have an issue with the right wing bias and hypocrisy in our media.
The same people who have spent the last 20 years criticising a former Labour PM of being subservient to US foreign policy, are now criticising a current Labour PM for following international law and not blindly following the US.
Trump's to do list for the 2nd term
Year 1 - win peace prize (preferably Novel, but FIFA will do)
Year 2 - bomb Iran
Year 3 - loot everything that's left
Year 4 - remember not to visit The Hague
CERN is looking at creating a new site in Denton after yesterday's successful experiment to create antimatter
I remember watching these highlights at the time and it feels like yesterday. It can't be 50 years ago.
I was lucky enough to watch nearly every game that Hoddle played at WHL, and got to chat with him a few times.

From the UK I watch a bit of US news most evenings.
For the last 3 weeks UK news has had lots of Epstein coverage mostly, but not entirely, featuring Andrew & Mandelson.
The US news has been full of the Guthrie family. A sad story of interest to the public, but not the story in the public interest.
The lies and half truths come so easily to him and his party
Farage caught in another lie. A big one, despite being years ago, because it demolishes his "Origin Story" as a plucky anti-establishment figure. He's none of those things truly or by choice. That's why he delights at the reversal of Tories being under his control now.
