In terms of seeing it represented in fiction, I've read Lillie Lainoff's One For All which features an MC with POTS but outside of that I haven't seen much representation of POTS, or the conditions that tend to come with it. I would love to see more! I also plan to write some of my own rep one day!

For me, medication has been the biggest help. I take ivabradine, which regulates my heart rate significantly! Compression leggings have also helped, and also just being really aware of my temperature regulation. I overheat/freeze super easily, and both of these aggravate my symptoms.
