Additional Ideas:

sawmerang + electric boomerang = chance to fire boomerang that appplies both bleed and stun


black hole + wilo wisp = on kill chance to summon large explosion (implosion?) that briefly sucks other enemies in (can also kill those enemies creating more)

shipping request form + recycler = multishops can alternate between two items to pick from

noxious thorn + foreign fruit = killing enemies with debuffs grants healing dependent on number of debuffs

razorwire + royal capacitor = on hit chance to fire electric blades back towards enemy (stunned enemies = reduced armor?)

milky chrysalis + bungus = while below 50%, standing still provides the player a pretty good amount of armor, above 50% provides slightly better healing rate (like a shitty rejuvination rack)

kind of wanted to lean more into milky chrysalis lore of constantly evolving depending on user needs

berzerkers pauldron + gorags opus = drum that causes enemies to be able to hit eachother while in a radius of you (insert funny lore tidbit based on gorags opus lore where instead of making a really successful show everyone starts furiously attacking eachother)

The Shrine of fusion allows the player to give their held equipment plus an item (changes based on equipment) in exchange for a fused item that brings its own effect
