Well as they sound American, that’s week beer and not even pints doing it in a week would be more of a challenge
I used dry pigments applied with a brush, cut some masking tape for the area cleared by the wipers
It is warped but not so bad that a bit of strong persuasion and clamping could overcome. Saying that it’s not finished yet 🤞🤞
@histscalemodels the Border Sherman is coming on nicely today, pleasantly surprised by how well the tracks have gone together, especially after a rough time with their Crusader
Never been the same since the Saxons came over here, taking over our land
I have been impressed with this chrome pen from AK, great for mirrors and lamps. The stowage lid on my paint mule doesn’t do it justice
It’s a nice build so enjoy
And here’s a real one, from we have ways festival last year
Nice build , it’s amazing how the same kit built by different people can come out so different
#histscalemodels. Nice work
Turned out well
There’s a lot of love for the subject, it’s just infuriating that they cut corners on the last 10% . Their vehicles definitely come 2nd to their recent aircraft
Slippery slope, you order one and then you go I might as well go all in. Took a lot of restraint not to get the crane and tyres 🤣🤣
After market gives this, good luck with the scratch build
If you are uk based look for inside the armour, they do a range of printed upgrades to show what I mean
What really got me started was the exhaust grill as a clear part, followed by the front brush guards being solid. But when you get going lots of small things, cabin tiller controls, grill on the roof wrong size. Then just more detailed bits like wipers. Water jets, hatches etc
I tried this same time ago. Seafroth dipped into pva then dusted in flock
The kit frustrated me so much with dodgy details I spent as much as the kit on aftermarket
Thanks
Thanks
thanks
And finishing off with, this. So 9 kits completed this year with a couple still in progress. Stash looks like it will be good for a few years at this rate

first go at a 1/48 vehicle, nice little build, might have to get some more for when you need a nice pallet cleanser
