It’s so funny how easily I can put off an effective writing session until I have something much less desired to do like deep clean the house. Then all of a sudden the most productive pomodoro of writing I’ve had in weeks. I shouldn’t clean the house, not when I’ve reached flow, right? Right?!

Comps are always the most frightening part for me. I think I am leaning toward Nightbitch though. Unfortunately my CP hasn’t had the time to get around to it yet and my beta reader is much easier to please. But hopefully we’ll get some clarity through this process either day

Hello Raquel! In re: terminal illness what about stories that feature chronic illness that isn’t necessarily terminal, but one the character is also not going to be saved from? Genre leans psychological horror rn
