Not just getting to see people before they rise but just in general, like going to a show, not knowing who you're seeing, and just experiencing shit for the first time is wonderful. Most of the time if I to a show, I don't even check out bands ahead of time. I just experience it and go from there.
I saw KsE at hellfest 2k1! I came up in those scenes and it's wild how many parallels there are between that and indie wrestling. Not to mention the overlap in people too.

That's the thing to me, there's so much out there and really a very deep well of talented folks. Plus getting to see wrestlers grow over time. Seeing the stories. Seeing how they carry life with them. It's all very cool to witness.
I really like seeing indie stuff because usually the meat of the match is created between the wrestlers. I like seeing what they come up with. How they work with each other. Not always but it leads to some really creative stuff you won't necessarily see elsewhere.
I get that from a work perspective entirely. Thinking more so from the fan side.

yeah I think it's a general thing that needs to happen more. Yes call attention to issues that need to be dealt with but also spend time supporting the good things happening with good companies/people.
