- Relocate citizens into tall, packed buildings in what are essentially prison cities (such as Moscow, Hong Kong, Beijing, North Korea, Shenzhen)

- Run the country as an oligarchy or monarchy

- Use local, State and Federal troops to confiscate all firearms, ammo in the name of public safety, patriotism and military needs

- Confiscate private property of value under the guise of national security purposes such as natural resources, private government facilities and for foreign investment

- Consolidate Federal law enforcement and surveillance agencies under one umbrella

- Create a false flag operation (such as an attempted assassination, pandemic or civil unrest)

- Use public records gathered over decades to identify firearm owners

- Silence the media to keep the public uninformed aside from State media

- Remove anyone who may cause dissent within the military or judiciary

- Replace them with like-minded people who will follow orders without question

A question for you. Am I getting overly paranoid, or is my simplified list below a possibility?
