in case you are accessing supabase through Prisma you can maybe try accelerate? and then if that works and want to cut on costs implement a prisma extension to read through memcache or redis.

Since now, exercises have a countdown of 3 minutes that when done, rolls over the next exercise.

With this cue, you wll instantly build intuition on how long you are performing the exercise!
