I agree with @sympmarc.com - there must be a level of trust in addition to:
- SPO provisioning solution to mitigate the risk
- auditing controls for when SP properties are changed

Btw…the same could be said for Purview admins - need to trust.

Use-case: project sites, legal matter sites, etc.

I consistently weight train for both muscle strength AND bone strength. It’s hard but I do it anyway. I’ve watched my mom suffer from Osteoporosis the past decade and don’t want to end up there. That’s all the motivation I need.

Agreed. They aren’t “comfortable” because the classic view leaves them with the impression they’re going away. Are they? I hope they’re not as it solves a significant metadata problem.

One important thing would be to modernize the document set UI. Many customers think “Microsoft is going to deprecate document sets because they’re still classic”. I tell them no, but not sure they believe me.
Auto-applying retention labels often relies on metadata which is brilliant with DocSets.

Getting paid to write a number of PowerShell scripts for a customer. I’m usually “hands off keyboard “ these days but it’s always good to keep these skills sharp. 👩‍💻💫

I hope not! They work really well with retention. The Purview and SharePoint teams need to talk more. 😬
