Our latest preprint is out!
We developed an inducible “RapTag” system that uses ENTAC to chemically recruit USP15 to the unstable protein CTLA4. This induced proximity stabilises and slows down the rapid lysosomal turnover of CTLA4.

Fantastic to have a session focused on astrocytes and share the stage with 3 excellent researchers at #BNA2025
Amazing opportunity here. Not only do the Grieve lab do amazing science, Adam is a super supportive PI and the research group are fantastic.
A great tribute to David Stevens, a terrific cell biologist and missed by so many of his friends and colleagues. As they say 'one of the good guys'. journals.biologists.com/jcs/article/...
I feel very honoured and excited to have received the @acmedsci.bsky.social #Springboard25 award 🎉 I would like to thank the Academy & reviewers for supporting our research into understanding the biological causes of Alzheimer’s disease. Position announcement soon 🙂 @livuni-ismib.bsky.social

Finally my first author preprint at Cullen's lab is out! Amazing collaboration with Kevin and @brettcollins.bsky.social where, by using dedicated proximity proteomics, Biochemistry, crystallography and structural prediction, we show new aspects of human Retromer complex acting as hub for RAB GTPases
