Update: Well, the answer is “Tibetan Tingsha Cymbals”. Except the ones I’ve seen appear to be joined and these have each their own strap. Probably the Tibetan Tingsha Cymbal masters in the world would be horrified by my rookie performance.

Anyone know what these things “tings” are called? Cause it seems I’m a playin’ them now. 🤣
