- first phase 3 RCT with SC biologic induction
- includes bio-IR (anti-TNF and VDZ experienced) patients
- treat-trough with SC guselkumab
- effective and safe up to week 48

Upadacitinib in acute severe ulcerative colitis

- n=25 experience
- potentially useful therapy in ASUC
- still fairly high rates of colectomy (24%)
