From 2008, this is the piece where I discovered my love of watercolor painting and I made the switch to that as being my primary (and favorite) medium, when I'd been more of a marker artist before.

I have that kind of anxiety (or something very similar). I take Wellbutrin (Bupropion) for it, and it's helped SO MUCH. Everyone's results will vary, of course, so I hope you find something that works for you 🥺
I did some research to try and figure out when my death date would be if there had been no treatment for my cancer. I don't know why I assumed it would be some date in the future, but, in fact, I passed the middle of the "no treatment survival" bell curve more than a year ago. Thanks chemo.

A colored drawing of the Marvel comic characters Cable and Deadpool. Well, Deadpool's decapitated head, at least, which is slipping out of Cable's hands as he runs, and bounces on the ground with a SPWOT sound effect, prompting Deadpool to chide in an annoyed, icy dialogue balloon, "Butterfingers." Cable looks suitably embarrassed at having dropped his pal's noggin.

It depends on your level, but graded readers are a great way to start learning how to read. As you read, make flashcards of every vocabulary word you don't know. Not everyone learns well from text books, but, if you do, those can help you learn grammar from the ground up.
