Every time I’m at the library working on revising my novel, a sweet old Army veteran sits on the other end of the table and reads the newspaper. Today he came up to me and said, “Don’t study too hard, okay?” 🥹

I’m a serial liker — I like all of my friends posts, stories, TikToks, substack articles, etc. because I want them to know they are seen and loved.

It kills me when I share my art vulnerably and they view it but don’t interact. Not even a like.
