Since we paid the tariffs, that’s our money. At the minimum, businesses should have to offset their profits by the amount of their compensation, by offering reduced prices to their customers.

Getting ready for a better summer

The servers were the size of refrigerators. They weighed anywhere from 500 to 1000 pounds depending on their configuration. They contain numerous components, similar to what Maximus provided in that link. We’re talking about real value.

They went to social media companies, banks, government, agencies, etc. I explained all that to say that they are definitely worth more than the precious metals on their circuit cards. They had to run with armed security from the factory to the southern border so that the cartels didn’t take them.

I used to run a warehouse where we received servers from the factory in Mexico where they were built and shipped them to the customer. They were worth so much money that one, maybe two would exceed the insurance coverage if the truck had an accident. We still shipped 10 at a time.

I wouldn’t even respond. Might block. Let your husband figure that out.

Wtf does this mean?

My second swim this week and, presto, my body is back to feeling good. 1000 yds, training my VO2 max today. I did ‘t track time because I was focused on breath control, instead of speed. It was still my regular 30-35 mins. 🏊🏿‍♂️

I'm not interested in a discussion about gold, unless we talk about crypto first.

I feel like the administration is going to crash the dollar in this term. I don't have enough cash to make significant investments in land. Is crypto a smart pivot?

Great swim today. 1200 yards in 29m 12s. That's pretty fast for me. I'm back to swimming 2x a week because instead of once a week. I need that swim and stretch session. 🏊🏿‍♂️

On another note, 2 BW and 1 BM were in the swim class today. I was so proud of them.

I didn’t even know it was still a thing in this day and age.

Seagulls are already rude without being able to speak. And those little monkeys in Thailand.

You know what’s crazy? There used to be a time when running brought me joy. Now it’s a time for agony and self-loathing. In this version of my life I’m not taking “sprint” seriously at all in a “sprint triathlon”. 😩

My triathlon training is leaving me beat down. Always tired. Sore. Stiff. Taking a new approach this week. I'm going to do calisthenics instead of lifting weights for the time being, and limit it to 30 minutes of training per session. We'll see if this helps.
