4️⃣ I also love that tradition of women voicing boy characters like Nancy Cartwright as Bart Simpson, Veronica Taylor / Sarah Natochenny as Ash Ketchum, and Courtenay Taylor or Stephanie Nadolny as K.O. from OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes. That same vibe would be amazing for Maverick 💕
3️⃣ Lueis is openly feminine in personality and energy, so a female voice just feels right to me not a hard rule, but definitely my preference.
2️⃣ For Jaxakune + Lueis, I lean toward female VAs because they’re meant to sound young. Jax is a teen whose voice never deepened, so the childlike sound is intentional.
