Simple Sundays. Lightly breaded and pan fried Black Sable fish. With it a corn & green bean combo and leftover potato casserole from last night. For dessert, vanilla ice cream, sweetened strawberries with chocolate balsamic & whipped cream.

2/2 They cleaned and medicated her ear and prescribed a new (to her) med for that. The cyst had been seeping so she drained it and Em has both an oral antibiotic and a salve for it. Wearing one of Dad's old shirts to keep it clean & an inflatable collar. She's had both of them before so not bothered
Emma had a rough day yesterday. Took her to the Vet for another ear infection and to have the doctor take a look at a cyst on her side. 1/2

The cut. St. Louis-Style Ribs: A trimmed version of spare ribs where the hard brisket bone and rib tips are removed to create a uniform, rectangular rack.
Tonight's dinner was an Irish style Mac and Cheese cooked in a sauce that included Irish Cheddar, medium Cheddar, and a local gf Red Irish Ale. It was topped with a garlicky toasted panko. With it, sausages and a salad dressed with a tarragon vinegarette.

Busy day today. But St. Louis ribs cooked in the crockpot and glazed with barbecue sauce, baked potatoes topped with sour cream and chives, and sauteed zucchini came together easily. So delicious!

Friday Fish Night. I airfried some Alaskan Pollock after seasoning and dredging in flour, egg, and a panko & bread crumb combo. Homemade bun had tartar sauce, lettuce, and American cheese. I forgot the pickle. Slaw and chips on the side.

It was a roast, not steaks
I picked up a petite sirloin tip this week and we had it for dinner last night. After a ten minute rest it was a perfect medium rare (135°F). With it, homemade horseradish sauce, stir fried veggies, salad, and smashed Parmesan topped mini potatoes. Delicious.

Sunday Soup. Tonight's soup was Mexican seafood with veggies. A seafood broth base (Pensey's) with tomato sauce, potatoes, celery, onion, carrots, zucchini, chipotle and 3 kinds of fish. With it beer bread and a Margarita.
