BEstimate enables the identification of gRNAs, generating variants on reference and mutant sequences, correcting pathogenic variants for therapeutic development, and extensive annotation of the base editing libraries for pre- and post-experiment interpretation.

In this preprint, we highlighted its utility in different cases:
🧬 Design gRNA libraries for reference and cell line-specific sequences, leveraging SNP-aware mode
🩸 Identify gRNAs that revert pathogenic variants
🔍 Comprehensively annotate a MYC base editing screen

With BEstimate you can:
