Ohne nähere Recherche kann ich nur aus der Praxis berichten, dass wenn ein Urteil Zinsen per anno zuspricht, es keine Zinseszinsen zuspricht. Es sei denn, Zinsen wurden bereits "kapitalisiert" mit eingeklagt. Auch dann werden Zinseszinsen nur von diesem eingeklagten Zinsbetrag zugesprochen.
Die unbefriedigende Antwort: weil es so im Gesetz steht. Paragraf 1000 ABGB
Die Rechnung im Screenshot ist korrekt. Sie entspricht der rechtlichen Grundlage, welche Zinsen per anno in der Regel ohne Zinseszins vorsieht.
Die Pariser haben eben dafür gestimmt, 500 Straßen mit in Summe 10.000 Parkplätzen autofrei zu machen.
Ich behaupte: Auch bei uns wären sehr viele Städter so weit. Aber die Politik ist noch zu feig.

"Wenn du Autos nicht magst, zieh doch aufs Land!" höre ich immer wieder. Und das ist halt das falscheste Argument von allen. Nein, umgekehrt: Am Land geht es nicht ohne Auto. Dort ist auch Platz für sie, dort sind sie sinnvoll. Städte hingegen funktionieren praktisch autofrei, wenn man das will.
Wer auch immer das fabriziert hat würde wohl an der Komplexität der Kalkulation für ein x-beliebiges Festl bei uns im Keller verzweifeln....
ad Regierung: "Wer ist schuld" bringt uns nicht weiter.
Jetzt gilt: VP/SP müssen rasch zu Einigung kommen. Plus: Neos/Grüne werden einbezogen werden müssen, sowohl, um knappe Mehrheit abzusichern (Achtung vor Veto Bundesländer) aber va: Verfassungsmehrheit
