Call the Midwife star Laura Main has been backing the Save Aberdeen Arts Centre campaign since day one. Now it's official: she's the venue's new patron.

The Arts Centre is where Main landed her first lead role aged 13. The campaign has raised £168,000 so far, but there's still work to do.

Slowly climbing in numbers (7301 at time of posting). Whatever happens it's good to see people showing their love. Props to @craigengler.bsky.social and all those involved for creating something that's so much fun.
