I can’t say the word eagle without it coming out like this in my head.

Isn’t it though? Someone randomly set this up along a trail I occasionally run on. Definitely brought a smile to my face. 😁

Good luck! I’ve heard you can search for playlist by BPM on apps like Spotify.

I love taking pics when I’m out running. I see so many unique things I would miss driving in the same locations.

Bad runs happen. Have a short memory and try again! Get it!

4am pre-work easy run on the treadmill. This thing is ancient. What treadmill is everyone psyched about these days? Looking in case this thing dies before spring. #runsky #running

I’ve heard people are doing that. My music tastes are so fickle I’d get bored after the first or second play. 😂

So peaceful…because no one else in their right mind would be out here running right now. #runsky #running

I can explain it. It’s just a very long winded answer. 😂

Hill repeats or intervals once a week really helped me combined with really easy easy runs and rest days.

Great numbers! Stay warm!

It was a cold one but I’m glad I got outside to do it. This upcoming week won’t be conducive to existing outside. #runsky #running #runtok

Pre-work work out. Drop set intervals. Increased the incline 1% every interval #dead #running

Last year was a starling. It’s a better start for sure.

Wait… plover rhymes with lover? I thought it was pronounced plover. Nah, sounds silly.

It’s the inverse law of bird mass and volume.

They’re so neat. I have them on my life list from North Carolina but it’s one I have yet to scratch off my yard list.

Impressive. That’s my entire life list in a day.

Love these birds.

It’s amazing. They have the ability to sing two notes at the same time and harmonize with their self. I read that one male can sing around 50 different song patterns.

Marsh wrens are elusive. That’s a great recording! I’d love to post that one if I got it.

Thank you!

I agree. I’ve tried posting to people on the old that I have codes but no one has taken me up on them. I wonder if they’re suppressing those messages.

Sometimes the birds are cooperative and give me a good scene!
