In Ngāmotu / New Plymouth it's now raining pretty heavily. We just went for a rainy walk (before the worst of it), and will play board games and dehydrate some food for a tramping trip next week. Hoping to get to yoga this evening and read a book. Regular Sunday stuff + gratitude to be where I am!
And honestly, a festival celebrating cars has felt pretty shit for me for a good while anyway...

I've been hiding out all weekend with COVID (now -ve and feeling better, yay!) so I didn't come face to face with it... But it feels REALLLLL fuckkin' wrong to have a festival celebrating America(n cars) at this moment in time... And it bothers me how few in our community seem to feel that tension.
