i guess tl;dr I think the shortages and price spikes of consumer goods just means our old tech gets a second wind

been thinking a ton about the recent console price hikes and i think realistically the only thing its going to do is expand the lifecycle of the previous generation (XB1/PS4/Switch.) There is a veritable avalanche of insanely good titles on all of those (and previous!)
