Oh that is so kind of you to say, Thankyou 😇 x
Also “flaws in your arguement” doesn’t mean you are arguing or having an argument. So you just got worked up over something I didn’t imply. “Flaws in your arguement” is like saying “flaws in your opinion”/“flaws in your logic” etc. Calm down. It’s an expression, sorry you didn’t know it. 🤷🏼♂️
Lumping all cis gay people into one conglomerate with negative connotations is a realllllllyyyyyy ugly look. FYI
If someone was here complaining about “Orange is the New Black”, implying it was failing at its intent and insidious because as a show about women in a prison it’s failing to cater to my gay male experience… would a reasonable person thing a) good point or b) well that’s bizarre stance to take???
Yeah AI bots are out here championing “Heartstopper” because they’re such a paragon of supporting gay media 🙄 I’m not misunderstanding anything, I’m just pointing out flaws in your arguement. It’s a little sad that you’re fragile enough to assume anyone finding fault with your opinion must be a bot.
If you don’t need it then… it’s not for you. That’s awesome. Why deny it for others? Some of us grew up with gay romance in media being nothing but a path to AIDS and death… seeing happy safe gay love in youth, something we were denied ever having normalised when we grew up… it’s very healing.
Cheeky bit of filming for a #commercial today 🎥 🎞️
I don’t see how the world of “Heartstoppers” is any more egregious than the world of “Schitt’s Creek”: idealised. I don’t mean this unkindly, but you’re very new to the world of gay cinema. For 90% of its existences gay love ended in death and depression. It’s refreshing to have joy win in media.
Just because you don’t have an invested interest in romance and sweetness in gay love… doesn’t mean you should imply insidious intent behind those that created it (which is sort of what you did in your first post). Art not to your liking is still art, and still worthy.
Too often media makes romance between gay men overtly sexual. Yes sex is a huge part of our experience, but love so often gets overlooked. “Heartstoppers” is sanitised in the best way, in a way we should see gay love. As sweet. As natural. As innocent; just like str8 romance. There’s room for both.
How is Heartstoppers not made for LGBT+ people??? As a gay man I loved it! 🥰
This is just beautiful 😻
You too, lad 🙌🏻

AFTER July 7th, at the earliest (but no actual time frame or date given beyond that).
It was Creon indeed, and the conceit was very much the corruption of children, so he was a very Andrew Tate misogynist and dominant ruler
Shocker, Ben Affleck is NOT one of the good guys. I’m truly surprised. 🤭🤣🤪
Adorable! 😻
So so happy! 😇 He’s truly a wonderful talented actor, and Charlie is just the perfect role for him.
Thankyou lad 😇 xx
Such a cool shot!
Oh god. This is chaos. Firstly her gate keeping is NOT cute. Secondly I don’t mind the sexless romance like “Heartstopper” (and lots of anime I watch). If it was ALWAYS then yes, that’s bad. But actually I found the focus on romance not sex quite refreshing (RE: Brokeback Mountain/Heartstopper/etc).
Haha, DEAL 😈
I’m good, off to gym soon. How are you today, stud?
