When the shows so good you get the book to spend just a little bit more time with the characters
Roma (2018)
Directed by Alfonso Cuarón
Hell yeah, I’m open to pretty much every genre, I more go for specific creators. Kinda basic but my two favorite writers are Hickman and Morrison, I really love long-running, thematically rich stories that keep me thinking the whole time
I really really need to start reading non-big two comics
It features motifs from Y Tu Mama Tambien as well as Roma, and I’m sure those are just the obvious ones. I knew I’d love this show as someone who’s obsessed with Cuarons films… but damn this show is just so good
THIS SHOW IS SO GOOD SOMEONE ELSE WATCH IT PLEASE
I still need to read this
At SDCC you signed my copy of the Black Mirror does that make us friends?
Post scoot highlights please admin 😌
First compact comic I’ve gotten, these things are so awesome for less than $10, hope they a get a ton of new people into comics
She’s the best fr
Watched the first episode of Cuaron’s Disclaimer show on Apple TV
Beautifully shot, rich with symbolism, and I’m super hooked on the story
He’s the best there is imo
How life feels when you find a video essay on YouTube for the movie you just watched and it’s actually insightful
Can’t stop thinking about this movie I’m changing it to a full 5 star review
Fun fact it took 36 takes to get this shot because the camera operator kept passing out when when looked right at the camera like that
Young Michelle Pfeiffer and Winona Ryder
Since I caught up with the likes, lmk what you think of my taste + if you have any recommendations based off my thread #moviesky #filmsky
