Started working on the first boss of the game (and hopefully the final boss of the demo). These are just the initial states. The player will have to use crates to deal damage, as at this point the character doesn’t have any weapons yet.

By the way, buying a Wacom again was such a great idea. Now I can just draw all the levels by hand, handcraft every corner, delete, reposition everything, and I'm even able to share everything with the people working with me. #gamdev at its finest.

Special thanks to my friends Fabio and Black Mage for their help so far. It's a delight to work with real artists, especially nowadays.
A bit of context: the original tiles were very silly edits of @kenney.nl s pixel platformer assets. I only had 3 days to finish a game for Ludum Dare, so editing and recoloring them was the best approach, especially when working alone. It served its purpose, but I'm happy with how it looks now

I really like your work on shaders on GitHub, and I’m always impressed by the things post in that area. I think people would be willing to pay for exclusive shaders or even some level of shader support. I say this because I’ve seen a few creators do that successfully.
