Imo Werewolves can't talk and can only make wolf vocals, but sex/mating is a very much natural thing, so I imagine that'd be common.

Imo, if a "Werewolf" talks and does Human actions regularly while in Wereform, (such as weilding a sword, cooking, using a phone, using a cup or straw, etc.) then it's just a standard Furry/Fursona, not a Werewolf.
