Did you know that fully half of the talks at the Santa Cruz Developmental Biology Meeting this year will be chosen from submitted abstracts? It's true! Great opportunities for trainees and PIs, too!

Wow, you are on 🔥!!! Congrats
Happy to contribute to sustaining this European hoax…😀
Excellent Jesse!!!
You have not changed a bit…🤥
Oh wow, congrats in the position At OIST! Awesome!!!
This brings us a step closer to deconstructing the minimal auxin response system in Marchantia - perhaps the blueprint for more complex systems in other lamd plants
While in Marchantia, B-ARF degradation through a conserved protein motif is critical throughout the life cycle, A-ARF degradation through the same motif hardly impacts development
In this paper, Martijn de Roij finds that, while degradation of ARF proteins has a deep evolutionary origin, its relevance for function diverged.

It is ok if you call it “auxin”, Ákos 😉
Next up, (spatial) proteome phenotyping.? 😉
Congrats Detlef et al. Lots to unkqck here 💪🏼

We hope that these maps will enable more protein-centred approaches in the plant sciences field, and many hypotheses to be generated. To enable this, we developed 5 Shiny apps (links in next post) to navigate the data.
