These are so old but I still like them. Doubt I'll ever do anything with their story but it still simmers in the back of my brain sometimes.

'Swan Song' A burnette woman in a red and purple dress with sunset-colored wings (Chari) is bent back tenderly by another woman in dark clothing (Eclair.) Her long light hair spills down toward Chari's face as Chari gingerly wipes a tear from Eclair's eye. Eclair is in a state of partial transformation, with dark wings, fur, and clawed hands. There is a swirling dark sky with a red moon and stars above them, and a golden star peaking through violent dark clouds below them.

'Smoke and Mirrors' A man in white clothing and a golden sash with short blonde hair (Morion) lovingly reaches out to Chari. Her face is tipped back away from him. Eclair is hovering over his shoulder with a clawed hand wrapped around his arm. The background is split diagonally with one space filled with a sunburst of many bright golden wings and the bottom half a swirl of white cloudy symbols.

'Liminal' Chari is being tipped back in the clutches of a large dark creature. The creature has the body of a wolf with the talons, beak, and wings of a raven. The background is a dark sky of stars with a gold and white border of clouds, a sunburst, and constellations.

'Skin Of The Night' Eclair has a clawed hand underneath Chari's chin, turning her head up to hold her gaze. Her other clawed hand grasping Chari's. Eclair's expression seems playful. The backdrop is a swirl of bright blue, pink, red, white, and yellow. Almost flame-like in appearance. There is an even row of gold stars along the top and bottom.

I like drawing my sona as different creatures and the wolpertinger felt like the most 'springtime' creature to me.

Ethel turns her head to look behind her at Shiloh, a tiefling who sits on a crate. In her lap she's got her hand in an open bag that says "Property of Ethel" and is holding a coin in her other hand. Her tail swishes happily behind her, and in contrast to the professions of love from the other two she says "Yeah, I think love is a scam by Big Valentines™️to sell more chocolate. Or Something. (I'm keeping this, thanks.) Under that it shoes Ethel from the side, looking back at Shiloh. Next to her a little heart has been pierced by an arrow with a twang and a slight blush tints her cheeks. She then breaks the fourth wall by looking at the heart with a frown and says "No......... You're joking--"

There is absolutely no accounting for taste when it comes to this woman.
Does this count as being the opposite of a gold digger?

Ethel is normally very stoic and cool, and the cute pose and look feel a bit out of character. Is this what the kids call "gap moe"? I don't know.

I know in my heart Shiloh was losing this game and trying to telekinetically move the pool balls. She has the energy of the guy who eats chess pieces while the other person is distracted.
