The top panel shows Ethel turning away from Shiloh and covering her face with one hand. Her eyes are a dizzy spiral and her face is deep red with blush. Inside the thought bubble the image is blurred and out of focus, but you can tell it's of her wearing a leash and collar that's being tugged on by a woman's hands (Specifically Shiloh.) This is a very new discovery for her that that's even something she's into or wants, especially because she only recently even realized she likes women. The second panel shows her looking up, making eye contact with another party member who was previously unseen. Onra, an elven man looks back at her with an amused smile, saying "Heh." It's very clear from the smug look on his face he knows exactly what's going on in Ethel's mind and that he is NOT going to let her get away scot-free.
