Benin named world champion of school canteens by the World Food Program

In 2017, Benin launched a school kitchen program to keep children in school. Over the course of 6 years, the project grew canteens from serving 30% to 75% of schools.

Its effort has paid off as Benin was named world champion of school canteens by the World Food Program.
