Il tuo caffè sembra strano 🤔
Then south to Siracusa or west to Palermo, both journeys absolutely beautiful
Like you said, hardly a peep in January. But this is Manchester United so the alarms are blaring, pearls are being clutched and the BBC even have a poll above an explanation that it’s a current law in the game 🤦🏼♂️
Meme e video con il senso dell’umoriso Italiano, hanno avuto successo. Vuoi andare? Elaine ed io andremo a entrambi le sere
Their time with us is all too short, even more reason to fill their days with love and fun
Sorry to hear Nick. Trixie is clearly a a wee dote 💙

Through a gap in an upper level, through pipes, wires, a spare goal, a male and female fan make their way towards exits below, with CNI spray painted on the wall
A black and white photo of fans taking their seats, looking right along the all the rows in the Curva, with Monte Pellegrino towering behind
A long shot, in portrait, of the far corner of the ground, towards the Curva Sud, with smoke rising from flares lit by the Avellino fans in that upper tier of the ground. The players are around the goal below as Palermo attack again, the smoke covering the floodlight above
An angled photo of fabs gathering in their seats, where the curva Nord meets the only covered section of the ground, the Tribunali, with executive boxes, press seats , all running towards the Curva Sud in the distance, with a dusty blue sky above it all

A fan stands above all others, facing them, in the middle of smoke rising from flares lit in the Curva Nord Superiore. Flags are aloft, fans check other scores, lit by the floodlight behind
The top section of the Gradinata stand, filling up with home fans in black and pink, with Castello Utveggio standing on top of this corner of the limestone mountain Monte Pellegrino
2 fans in the foreground of the Curva Nord hold their scarves aloft, one pink and white and black, the over emblazoned with the city name, as the floodlights bathe the pitch and the whole stadium, during the Palermo v Avellino game
Wide angel of the Curva Nord and Tribunale from outside the stadium, with fans making their way, inside the grounds, with Monte Pellegrino to the left, on a vivid blue sky evening in Palermo

Wonderful. I just love their career arc. I’ve only seen them once. Back in 92 in Tipperary. They didn’t come back to Ireland much after that. They play in Italy only once this summer, way up in Tuscany, in the arsehole of nowhere, but I’m seriously tempted
Bought it the day it came out and bought the album as part of my Prudential cash-in. I loved ‘Seven’ but this was a magical rebirth
Grandi congratulazioni alla tua madre! 👏 💚

Photo of the late Joy Division singer Ian Curtis wearing a leather jacket, crouched in a park, in Mont de Marsan, France, Ausgust 1979
Text from Deborah Curtis book Touching From A Distance, describing their experience at the Mont de Marsan Music Festival in France in 1976
Ian and Deborah Curtis were in attendance, after hitchhiking their way there
The Italian pronunciation needs a bit of work but very informative by JDB there. Bravo 👏
Post a non-religious photo you think of as holy.

The CWU have been an absolute disgrace in this too. Post-strikes in 2023 they went from opposition to acquiescence. And the general public are complaining about that birthday card from their nanna while now ordering mayonnaise and orange cordial online instead of going to a shop. It’s all fecked
Very proud of Sicily, which appears to have the widest margin of victory for "No" of any region in the referendum at 61%-39%.

Probably the best summation of the disparity of treatment between Everton and Chelsea
The disparity of the ratio of articles on them’uns versus those about Everton in The Guardian, especially by Andy Hunter, usually makes me wince. Independent and impartial? 🤔 But this is well said by Mr Hunter. Needed to be a full article mind you
