Finally got around to taking the pocket kite out for its inaugural flight. It's about the size of my palm but caught air fairly well.
Well, it took me most of the weekend, but I did manage to replicate my favorite pair of pants. The ones in black are no longer being made. The ones in Gray, are the ones that I made without a pattern other than working from the black pants. I'm quite pleased. #sewing #sewingwithoutapattern

Final day of pottery for this term. I did end up signing for next term and also for a special 3 week class on bowls.
This week, five pieces came out of the glaze kiln, four came out of the bisque and were glazed. We'll see how they turn out when I stop by the studio next week to pick them up.

2025 temperature blanket complete. I'm really happy with how it turned out and the way it fits with the color scheme in my bedroom. I had all of it knit by January 1st except for the edge because I ran out of black Berocco Vintage yarn. So I had to special order it in and it only arrived this week.
