This afternoon it felt like spring had begun: sitting in the sun, sheltered from the wind with a good book, and a spontaneous visit from one of the many brimstone butterflies.
My son is back on the hockey field a year after a torn meniscus and two surgical repairs. I’m 36 wks into a year recovery. While he is at 100%, I wonder if I’ll get there too. However, walking, stairs, cycling, and running are going well.
