I have! 2 wks ago, I got up to date on all by having 3 shots: RSV and annual versions of COVID and influenza.
Well said, Ron.
Thank you for reminding us about the wisdom and intelligence of both men.
These are the men who hold our fate in their hands? Lord help us.
You're doing the bureaucrats a favor by posting this photo. In fact it has been closed so long that there are trees growing on the deck. Scandalous.
My god
As an avid viewer of DWH with Nicole Wallace I was disappointed that today there was no mention of the closing of USAID and the severe reduction of food distribution. The issue was discussed yesterday but not today, even tho' it is relevant to the "We're all going to die" comment and attitude.
After yesterday's impassioned discussion about the attack on USAID, today NOTHING even though there was an obvious connection with the cynicism of Sen Ernst's comment "We're all going to die!"
Are we giving up on the necessity of restoring aid to the hungry of the world?
One of the finest and bravest speeches you will see to GOP legislators. I could be wrong but I think this was in Texas. Today’s GOP as an entire party is as disgusting and vile of an organization that has ever existed in the US. That includes the NRA and KKK.

(Michael, you really started something😉📽️!!)
Yes yes!
“No, it isn’t.” — Chief Justice John Roberts
As David Brooks has said, we’re approaching civil disobedience and national strikes phase of defending our nation.
Put aside the lies and the open defiance of the Supreme Court, as well as the cruelty, and ask yourself: who talks like this? This is the *official* account of the *White House* - is it being run by a six year old?
I'm speechless. Thank you, thank you for trying and looking.
What do you suggest is the best way to send a longer message--email? Rereading your tribute to Roger makes me realize that I would like to keep in closer touch (not that I don't appreciate climbing videos!)
After sharing this tribute with a friend, I started looking for the video you made of Obama's Inauguration Day 2009, intending to share that with her too. My filing system has failed me. Could you easily forward it to me again?
Still weeping.
Trump lost the 2020 election, then tried to overturn the legal result by fomenting a coup. He's a proven liar, an adjudicated fraud, a constant bully and probable traitor. He's also an economic imbecile. I figure, we should say that for as long as we can until they take us away for doing so.
I agree with Kai.
Excited for all the new American banana and coffee factories.
I asked the one high ranking policeman I saw on 5th Ave why there were so few police. He said “We did not expect anything like this. Don’t tell anyone but I’ve only got 44 officers out here — and it’s a great crowd, great event, no incidents.”

"Even if it were a good move—and it wasn't—he did it the wrong way. I might want an omelet for breakfast, but that doesn't mean I want Mayor Daley to break into my house and prepare it while I sleep."

This man has no more concern for humans than he does for chickens--and vice versa.
"Every infection is another opportunity for the virus, called H5N1, to evolve into a more virulent form. Geneticists have been tracking its mutations closely; so far, the virus has not developed the ability to spread among people."

I was quoting this line of Seneca's — "A bad man makes everything bad." — just the other day. No need to say who I was referring to.

Has anyone yet pointed out that the reason Elon Musk is being permitted free rein to decimate the United States government is so that when the full toll of the disaster is known, Donald Trump can wash his hands of the fiasco, the way he always does, as if he weren't responsible, which he surely is.
