You know, now I’m curious. I’ve seen a lot of hot sauce in Mexican restaurants here, so I assume that it’s a big thing in Mexico as well. I know chili crisp (which is not exactly “hot sauce”) is big in various parts of Asia. I wonder how many countries have hot sauce as a popular condiment?

When I went to Mood in NYC, I just kinda stood there and gaped. I also didn’t have a project in mind, nor did I have any extra suitcase space. I ended up buying a French curve and two packs of neat little clips for holding fabric together instead of pins (with the seam allowance marked on them).

I have a medium high spice tolerance. Nothing near like some of my friends who practically drink hot sauce straight from the bottle, but I do have multiple bottles of chili crisp and hot sauce in my fridge.
