I wish I liked coffee for things just like this. I have never found a type of coffee that didn’t just taste bitter to me, even the expensive stuff.

Is that what that means? Because caffeine has never done a thing for me. I worked nights with people who were drinking red bull & taking caffeine pills to stay awake & absolutely none of it had an effect on me. I always thought they were lying to be 1 of the cool kids😂

That’s how Brexit happened here in the UK.The margin was so close that every single vote counted. Leave won with just 51.9% to Remain’s 49.1%. Out of a possible 46.5 million votes, Leave won with only 17.4 million votes.

If he wants this he’s going to have to create a US where the RCs have less civil rights than the Ps. He would need to ban the RCs from certain universities, jobs, apprenticeships, from living in nicer areas, & make their vote worth less. The troubles started as peaceful civil rights marches.

I recently found out that, at least here, in the UK & EU a ‘serving size’ isn’t a suggested amount to eat, rather just the amount that they use to base their list of nutritional values on. By EU & UK law they have to list not just the ingredients but also the mg of sugar, salt etc.

My mother in law said she had to give up work once she got married & never worked again until her 6 kids were all grown up (1 had passed) Then she told me about the woman she did sewing for. She was at home, 6 kids, 1 gravely ill, sewing clothes for a lady with a shop, & thought she wasn’t working.

My dad had Atrial Fibrillation. The docs couldn’t figure out why nothing helped, at every apt my dad had crazy AF. Until I asked him how he was getting to his appointments. He was arriving late & running up 3 flights of stairs (because he hates lifts) then doing an ecg & having crazy readings.

I just think they never had the joy & luck to actually know a cat. Most people who don’t like cats just don’t understand them. Or they’re psychopaths 🤷🏻‍♀️

The Mists of Avalon, Marion Zimmer Bradley. My mum & my brother loved it, but it took me a few years to get through it. I usually read approx 2 books a week & I never leave a book unfinished, but - I don’t know why- this one had a lot of starts & stops. I did like it once I got past the ‘block’.
