The EC is planning to propose a targeted review of production criteria for renewable hydrogen (RFNBOs delegated act) in June

The European Commission has postponed the adoption of the #ETS benchmarks 2026–2030 to “shortly after Easter”. A draft version shows that the EC was planning to reduce the fallback benchmarks by 50%, a move strongly opposed by certain industries, particularly the chemical sector.
