Staphylococcus aureus Bacteremia: A Review This narrative review summarizes current evidence on the epidemiology, pathophysiology, clinical presentation, diagnosis, and treatment of Staphylococcus aureus bacteremia.

I enjoyed reading this review on Staph bacteremia by some giants in the field. Two highlights are the discussion of oral treatment options and the slight preference for cefazolin over ASPs.

I rarely do cefazolin 2g q6 dosing, but considering using it more
