I had a bloke on a video call in the quiet carriage. I waited until he was speaking before leaning in front of his laptop camera to tell him to shut up

I'm fully prepared to believe that the NHS should manufacture its own scalples & should employ its own gardeners.

But this article isn't convincing.

Once again, the Graunuaid failing to do any proper journalism.

* Is ~13% an outrageous profit margin?
* Does all of that profit come from NHS work?
* What's the cost of the NHS building its own services?
*In fact, what actual services are these?
* Is this figure higher or lower than the past?
