Working on an investment portfolio rebalancing concept.

This so much! So many portfolios waste the most important real estate on a generic phrase. If your name can be substituted and it still works, then it isn’t unique to you.

Do you mind expanding on the third bullet?

I actually really enjoy their games 😂 But I also agree that their notifications are mostly engagement bait.

I'm concerned about short-form video content.

A quick search yields dozens of research papers finding evidence that short-form video content negatively impacts attention spans. I've also heard a lot of anecdotal evidence.

Big companies just want more engagement, but at what cost?

Aren't most companies just working in a waterfall approach disguised as agile?

It feels weird to already say "happy holidays" or "see you next year" to some coworkers in the office—one of the oddities of working in an optional hybrid environment.
